- Branch Information: When an NGO branch registers, we collect the organisation's name, location (Veng, City), and the representative's name, phone number, and optional email address.
- User Information: For Branch Admins and Collectors, we collect your name, phone number, and a securely hashed password. Your phone number is used as your unique login identifier.
- Member Information: The primary data you collect using our platform. This includes members' names, gender, phone numbers, parents' names, care of (c/o), blood group, member group/section, and any custom fields your branch creates.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Memberlakna service. Specifically, we use it to:
- Operate and maintain your account and the platform's core features.
- Allow Branch Admins and Collectors to manage their member lists.
- Provide Super Admins with the necessary information to manage the platform and offer user support.
- Communicate with Branch representatives regarding their account, service updates, or support requests.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We want to be very clear about how we handle the data you entrust to us:
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your organisation's Member Information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
The member data collected by your branch is considered to be owned and controlled by your branch. We are simply the data processor providing the platform. We will not access your specific member data unless it is absolutely necessary for providing technical support at your request or to maintain the service.
The only exceptions to this policy are if we are required to share information to comply with the law or a valid legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your information. All user passwords are encrypted using modern hashing algorithms. While we take reasonable precautions, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. As stated in our Terms of Use, your use of the service is at your own risk.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over the data you provide.
- Branch Admins can add, view, edit, and delete their members, collectors, sessions, and other branch-specific data at any time through their dashboard.
- You can request the deletion of your entire branch account by contacting our support.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
